Tsubasa Sumisora continues to work in the A&R department of the major record label Gandala Music. This time, the idol group B-PROJECT has become even more extensive, now consisting of four collectives: Kitakore, Thrive, MooNs, and KiLLER KiNG. Each group member has a unique style, and Tsubasa must care for them, help them develop, and address various issues. In her work, Tsubasa faces various challenges. She must maintain good relationships with all the musicians, considering their individual needs and aspirations. She becomes a witness to the stories of success, difficulties, and overcoming obstacles experienced by the young artists. Together with B-PROJECT, Tsubasa experiences a wide range of emotions, from joy and excitement to sadness and disappointment. She observes the artists striving for perfection and continuously growing, battling their own weaknesses and doubts. Tsubasa contributes to the group's success by supporting them during the pivotal moments of their careers.
