The main character's classmate and a member of his gang. She is one-quarter American by origin and has lived outside of Japan for a long time. Despite her attractive appearance, Anne has no friends and feels detached and lonely. In her free time, she works as a model. Anne's personas are Carmen and Hecate. In battle, she uses whips and submachine guns.
