NightMare Enterprises' public face, who manages most of the sales and advertising from the center of Nightmare's Fortress, is quite sarcastic in both versions and tries to set as complex goals as possible for King Dedede, although he hints at this more subtly in the original. In the English dub, his personality underwent a radical change, becoming a stereotypical "obsequious used car salesman" who uses a lot of slang. In the original, he is portrayed as a polite Japanese salesman who uses a more respectful language, even when insulting clients like King Dedede. The English dub gives the impression that he is content with less, but in reality, his goal is to deceive and defraud Dedede by asking for much more money than necessary, although he still helps him. Like Nightmare, the Customer Service representative appears only in the final episode, where it is shown that only the upper and middle parts of his body are human, the lower part ending in rounded legs, and he is slightly taller than Kirby (it is difficult to notice that in all episodes, including the "Kirby Quiz" episode, he is shown only up to the waist). His name is never mentioned in the dub, although on the official website he is named "Salesguy". He was voiced by Dan Green.
