Kanazaki's older brother. Although he is a hikikomori, he spends most of his time in "Magic Wars," where he fights with other holders of superpowers, just like himself. His ability is "Precise Abyss." He opens wormholes that suck in his opponents, then erase their memories and teleport them back. He is a lone wolf, but occasionally spends time with people who also have superpowers. Before participating in "Magic Wars," he used his power to get into college and even work. He doesn't like to be called by his real name, so he prefers to be called "Kiryuu Heldkaiser Lucious I."
