Коити Тэрао

Ёсукэ Фукудзавы's childhood friend and the founder of the school's cycling club. He claims that he is the only one who can bring out Ёсукэ's full potential. Despite his seriousness and responsibility, he is a very gentle and kind character who is easily brought to tears. He is known for his obsession with researching the track and his opponents before the race. He often mentions that he finds Mikoto Shinozaki very cute and admires his strength and spirit, which allow him to become a true cyclist. During the tournament, he mainly acts as a support for the team.
