Нодзому's older brother and the head doctor at the Itosaki clinic. Like other family members, Mikoto was unlucky with their name: when written horizontally, it reads "zetsumeii", which means "deadly". It's no surprise that patients are afraid to make appointments with a doctor with such a life-affirming name. Hearing their "real" name causes them to go into hysterics and start banging their head against the walls.
