Томохару Нацумэ's childhood friend. After a plane crash, Tomoharu from the first world transformed her into the doll Belial and placed her in Kurogane in exchange for the life of Tomoharu from the second world. Despite Misao being on the verge of death, she is cheerful and often teases Natsume.
