Чагума's older brother was very close to him in childhood. After Chagum was declared deceased, he fulfilled the duties of a prince and was prepared to inherit the throne, but he died from severe exhaustion without ever seeing his younger brother alive. During his lifetime, he took on the responsibility and prohibited the destruction of Chagum's belongings. Contrary to his father's beliefs, he believed that Chagum was still alive. In the light novel, he dies from an illness, and there are no mentions of his close relationship with his brother.
