Масаоми's girlfriend, who was hospitalized after a clash between the "Yellow Scarves" and "Blue Squares" and lost the ability to move freely. She met Kida solely at Orihara's request, whom she obeys unconditionally in everything. The reasons for this are unknown, but Saki treats Izaya as a deity. Later, she genuinely falls in love with Masaomi, so she voluntarily comes to the "Blue Squares" hideout to help her friend, but she is taken hostage and her legs are broken. She was rescued by Kyohei, Erika, Walker and Saburo. She spent a year in the hospital, where she watched Masaomi come to her window every day, but he never had the courage to go inside. Afterward, she betrays Izaya, revealing all his plans to Simon, and calmly gets back on her feet. Some time later, she leaves Ikebukuro together with Masaomi.
