Шота

Shota (known as Sawyer in the English dub) is a trainer from the Hoenn region. He is a friend of Satoshi and dreams of surpassing him in strength, so he often follows Satoshi and observes his actions. Although slightly scattered, he becomes more focused thanks to Satoshi's influence. Shota enjoys recording information about battles in a special notebook. He received his starter Pokémon, Treecko, from Professor Odamaki.
