Сюдзи Ниэкава

Харуна's father. A reporter working for a small magazine wrote an article about the strongest man in Ikebukuro. Saki and Izaya say that it is Shizuo. Shuji interviews Shizuo. Not believing that he is the strongest fighter in Ikebukuro, Shuji provokes Heiwajima, and he throws him into the air at the mere mention of Orihara's name. He is injured by his own daughter, and Shuji becomes Saika. In Saika mode, he tries to cut Shizuo, but is easily defeated, Heiwajima literally pressing him into the wall with a car door. Afterwards, he was taken to the hospital by Kadota and his group.
