Усио Окадзаки

Usio, the daughter of Nagisa and Tomoya, is physically very similar to her mother but has a stronger and more independent personality that is developed beyond her years. Tomoya notes that Usio does not behave like other girls her age - for example, while most girls would want to play with dolls, when Tomoya takes her on a trip, he buys her a robot that she is interested in. Due to her fascination with robots, he affectionately calls her "Tomboy". Usio also enjoys baseball, having been introduced to the sport by her grandfather, whom she calls "Aki". In earlier episodes, she stays with Akio and Sanae and learns to be a baseball player like Akio. Sanae also teaches the young girl various strict disciplines. Usio inherits her mother's weakness and dies from an illness at the age of 5 in her father's arms. However, thanks to Tomoya's wish, she is revived at the end of the series. Subsequently, she meets the real Fuko Ibuki and they become friends.
