Ikebukuro, a district in Tokyo, is known for its urban legends. However, there is always a grain of truth behind these legends. You may indeed encounter on the streets the strongest person in Ikebukuro dressed as a bartender, a mysterious informant, a black Russian selling sushi, colorful gangs, and, of course, a black-clad female motorcyclist. For many years, the district has been run by colorful gangs. It was rumored that a new gang, the colorless "Dollars," had displaced them, but is this really the case? Saika, a cursed blade desiring love, is a gathering of the "Dollars." Rumors are born and die in the city every day, but what if these new events set the old gears in motion, calling the once-ruling colorful gangs back into the arena of Ikebukuro's legends? Some to protect their loved ones, others to rid themselves of old enemies. What rumors and stories will the people hear this time?
